Milk and White Chocolate

Let’s put it this way this isn’t the milk chocolate that you grew up with. The cacao comes from the rarest origins on the planet and the milk well lets just say that it wouldn’t surprise us if the cows came from really small herds and had names. The white chocolate comes from cacao with a high cocoa butter content and may be the most difficult to work with. I am tasting the White Chocolate from Bertil Akesson as I type this it has a lovely mouth feel and is very clean on the palate no filminess. Hints of caramel it is very pretty.
