Steve Durci has been traveling around the world working as a cacao broker for many years. He developed Crio Bru which is a brewable cacao which I highly recommend as an alternative to coffee but just recently started making chocolate. Being based in the chocolate Mecca of Salt Lake City and have been a primary resource for cacao for some of the best chocolate makers in the country he hit the ground running.
